These Terms of Service govern your use of xesodit.com and purchases from XESODIT. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products.

1. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to access this website or purchase XESODIT products. By using the website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products and information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colors, finishes, measurements, and handmade details may vary slightly between products and screens. Website content is general product information and is not medical, legal, or professional advice.

3. Orders, payment, and cancellation

An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and we confirm the order. You may request cancellation within 15 minutes after placing the order by emailing XESODIT@gmail.com. After 15 minutes, production or fulfillment may have started and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

We may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, legal requirements, or product unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery estimates, shipping costs, tracking, discreet packaging, returns, hygiene restrictions, and refunds are governed by our published Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

5. Adult use, consent, and safety

XESODIT products are intended only for informed, voluntary use by consenting adults. Customers are responsible for reviewing product instructions, communicating boundaries, monitoring comfort, stopping immediately if pain, numbness, breathing difficulty, skin irritation, or other unexpected symptoms occur, and seeking appropriate professional help when needed.

Never use a collar or leash for choking, suspension, breath restriction, uncontrolled pulling, or unattended restraint. Do not use a damaged product. Candles and heated wax products must be used only as directed, away from flammable materials, children, and pets. Product use is at the customer's responsibility, subject to rights and protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, collect customer data without authorization, or use the website or products for unlawful purposes.
