Return and Refund Policy

We accept eligible return requests made within 15 calendar days after your order is delivered. To start a return, email XESODIT@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please wait for return authorization before sending any item.

Return eligibility

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • For hygiene and customer safety, intimate products that have been opened, unsealed, worn, or used cannot be returned, except where the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, contact us within the 15-day return period and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video where possible. After reviewing the evidence, we may provide a reasonable partial refund for a minor issue or arrange a replacement or reshipment when the issue materially affects the product. Available remedies may depend on the condition of the item and applicable consumer law.

Return shipping and fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Use a trackable shipping service and retain your shipping receipt, as we cannot confirm receipt of a return without tracking.

Refunds

Once the authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Order cancellations

You may request an order cancellation within 15 minutes after placing the order by emailing XESODIT@gmail.com. After that period, production or fulfillment may already have started and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
